Anuj Jain
Managing Partner
Anuj is a seasoned investment banking (corporate finance advisory) and business advisory professional with 15+ years of post qualification experience in financial advisory/ Investment banking domain. Anuj has worked in the investment banking/ financial advisory teams of global consulting firms such as KPMG , BMR Advisors (merged with KPMG), EY and Grant Thornton.
Lead 30+ transactions (cumulative value exceeding USD 1,000 mn) and successfully closed multiple M&A (Buy Side/ Sell Side), Joint Ventures, Private Equity fund raises for various global and Indian corporate (Large and Mid sized companies) with transaction sizes ranging from USD 5 Million to USD 100 Million.
In his previous role, Anuj was a key member of the investment banking (corporate finance) practice of KPMG in South India, while leading the practice efforts in Hyderabad region.
Anuj has been advising clients through the deal cycle from conception to closures with strong focus on Healthcare & Life sciences (all verticals), Consumer and Retail markets, Information Technology (IT) and Industrial Markets sectors. He has also been associated with startups in advising through their strategy and fund raising exercises
Anuj is a Chartered Accountant and MBA (IIM - Ahmedabad)
